Job Requirements
What you will do
As a valued and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect in our Lead to Cash Practice, you will lead the design and guide the implementation of value-driven solutions on a team of adept Salesforce Consultants. You will join us with certifications in some of the Lead to Cash Salesforce Cloud tools such as Sales Cloud, CPQ, Partner Communities, Billing, and Einstein. As a continual learner with the support of our training and certification programs, you will grow your knowledge, experience, and certifications in Salesforce.
You already have a solid understanding of data and integration patterns for a variety of business management software, both on-premises and in the cloud. You desire to deepen your expertise in the business domain and related Salesforce Clouds to drive more value for our clients. As a Technologist with business savvy and experience on challenging enterprise projects, you know that creating solutions that your clients enjoy using and keeping solutions as straightforward as possible creates success in every project. You also understand that sometimes customizations create some secret sauce for your clients to be a cut above their competitors
Essential Qualifications
- 8+ years of Technology experience with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce implementations
- Ability to recommend best practice Salesforce solutions based on business needs and objectives
- Multiple Certifications in Salesforce within the sales domain, preferably CPQ and Communities
- Proficiency in Agile using JIRA with the ability to drive numerous high-quality releases into production fast
- Experience in enterprise solution engineering
- Ability to lead and communicate with a wide variety of team members and client roles
- Experience creating Road Maps that provide clients with a vision of their implementation and helping them to transform their business processes smoothly
- Sound ability to provide the level of effort estimates and oversee scoping efforts of Solution Architects and Integration Architects
- Competence in advanced Apex programming
- Ability to provide system architecture visualizations
