Director, Enterprise Salesforce Architecture
Job Requirements
What you will do
- Work with stakeholders and solution architects to identify reasonable migration paths from the current state to target architectures
- Work closely with various teams (sales, business, development, infrastructure, PMO,) to define and implement elegant, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions using Salesforce technologies, with a focus on adhering to industry standards, best practices and code quality techniques
- The role will oversee projects while providing technical design and architecture
- Lead and mentor salesforce architects and guide them to build on their knowledge and skills
- Document current and future state processes and develop technical specifications for projects and enhancements
- Provide Salesforce technical leadership for team of developers, admins, and analysts
- Lead design of technical end-to-end business processes using Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- Work with internal technical team members representing back-office applications to design seamless integrations between applications, particularly ERP and Healthcare applications
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing client requirements
- Performs additional duties as directed
- Effectively accomplishes set goals while primarily working in a remote capacity
- Create architecture documents covering all functional and non-functional requirements
Essential Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional services/customer service delivery experience with enterprise and strategic customers
- 8+ years of leading high-performing teams
- 5+ years working with SaaS products and technologies post-sale
- Experience building and leading exceptional and engaged teams of high-performing individual contributors and managers
- You know how to apply the right level of situational guidance and encouragement, even for direct reports more senior and/or more technically inclined than yourself.
- Proven track record of hiring, developing, and managing world-class talent
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change, driving exceptional outcomes
- Strong communication skills, ability to articulate and sell a vision internally and externally
- Proven track record of defining and optimizing processes through growth
