Wilco has been an excellent partner with proactive and timely communication. They partnered with us and were happy to use our tools for central tracking and updates. They have made their subject matter experts available to support allocated project resources to ensure they are providing the best consultative services for our needed outcomes. Specifically, this engagement was configuring SFHC to meet the needs of a pharmaceutical manufacturer HUB services program. The team consulted with us on client program requirements and the best way to configure the software to meet the program, staff, and reporting needs. They leveraged their industry knowledge to ensure the best solution for the needs of our organization and our pharma client. Additionally, this project required cross-vendor collaboration for custom API developments to leverage other vendor partner technology for the end-to-end program technology workflow, and Wilco was an excellent partner in this – often connecting with technical resources from the other vendor partners offline in order to make the best use of group meeting time and eliminate unnecessary resource utilization from our internal team.
